The grey-headed elaenia or Atlantic grey elaenia (Myiopagis caniceps) is a species of bird in subfamily Elaeniinae of family Tyrannidae, the tyrant flycatchers. It is found in Argentina, Bolivia, Brazil, and Paraguay.

Range and habitat
Southeastern Peru, northern Bolivia, and adjacent Brazil (undescribed subspecies, not true caniceps?); eastern and southern Bolivia southward to northwestern Argentina and eastward to Paraguay, northeastern Argentina, and south-central and eastern Brazil.
